MyNewStaff Alternatives in 2026: Prices Checked, by What You Want to Own
In short
The best MyNewStaff alternatives depend on which product you were pricing. For the $8,500-a-month Growth Engine, 11x Alice from $3,750 a month billed annually, a self-serve stack from $39 a month, or Paramount's engine at $2,500 or $5,000 a month after a $2,500 install. For Brooke, a voice agent on Retell or Bland from $0.07 a minute. Every price checked on 2026-10-14.
The best MyNewStaff alternatives depend on which of its products you were pricing. For the $8,500-a-month Growth Engine, the managed retainer, the alternatives are 11x Alice from $3,750 a month billed annually, a self-serve stack on Apollo, Instantly or Smartlead from $39 a month, or an outbound engine built in your own accounts. For Brooke, the managed AI caller from $997 a month, the alternatives are a voice agent you build on Retell or Bland from $0.07 a minute, or 11x's Julian. I run Paramount Exposure, which has just added managed outbound at $2,500 a month after a $2,500 install and has delivered it for no client yet, so one of the options below is mine. I have published a direct MyNewStaff comparison as well, and I rank nobody here.
Every price was read from the vendor's own page on 2026-10-14 and linked in its row, including MyNewStaff's. Where their page contradicts itself, this one says so rather than choosing quietly.
What MyNewStaff actually sells, at its published prices
MyNewStaff, sometimes written My New Staff AI, based in El Paso, Texas, describes itself as "AI employees that run cold calling, lead generation and content as one revenue engine" for B2B founders doing $1 million to $50 million a year. On 2026-10-14 its pricing page lists three tiers: Free Forever, the ScaleX diagnostic (a website and DNS scan, a ten-pillar score, an ads report and a roadmap, with no content, leads, outreach or CRM); Growth Engine at $8,500 a month, marked most popular, with "100+ AI content pieces" a month, three-platform distribution, "10,000 scraped leads" a month, automated outreach sequences, CRM setup with conversation AI, ad setup and management, a weekly dashboard and a dedicated strategist, deployed in seven to fourteen days, "no lock-ins", "cancel anytime"; and Franchise Scale from $25,000 a month, quoted through "Talk to Founders" (their pricing page).
Brooke, on its own page, is a managed AI voice agent with an optional video avatar: Starter $997 a month for 500 voice minutes, Growth $2,497 for 2,000 voice and 200 avatar minutes, Scale $4,997 for 5,000 and 500 with white label, Enterprise $9,997 for 15,000 and 2,000 with a dedicated instance; voice at $0.25 a minute and the avatar at $2.50; a seven-day free trial; a $1,997 setup fee implied by "setup FREE (save $1,997)" on prepaid plans and never stated outright; and, lower on the same page, "Brooke starts at $249/mo" for startups, which conflicts with the $997 Starter tier (their Brooke page). No price on either page carries an as-of date. One disambiguation: MyNewStaff's Brooke is not Brooke.ai, the automotive product that owns the search results for that name.
The pricing page and the homepage both carry a "90-Day Pipeline Guarantee" and the line "100 Qualified Leads Or We Work Free."; the Brooke page carries "5 qualified meetings in 30 days — or your money back." and the clause "First 50 clients keep these rates permanently. After that, prices increase 40%."; and the pricing page and homepage carry the scarcity copy "3 Spots Remaining" and "We onboard a maximum of 5 clients per quarter" (all fetched 2026-10-14). Those are MyNewStaff's claims, recorded here as published; this page makes none of its own.
What the offer is good at, read from its own page: breadth in one retainer. A founder who wants content, scraped leads, outreach, a CRM and ad management from one vendor at one price gets exactly that. If one invoice for everything is the requirement, the Growth Engine answers it.
When to look elsewhere
Five situations, each a question to ask before signing anything.
- You want to own the assets. The pricing page does not say who owns the domains, inboxes, lists and CRM at exit. Ask, in writing.
- The guarantee's terms are not on the page. "Qualified" is undefined, "work free" has no end date, and the FTC's guides say any ad that mentions a money-back or similar guarantee should disclose its material limitations and conditions clearly and prominently (16 CFR 239.3). Get the definition of a lead into the contract.
- "10,000 scraped leads a month" has to be contacted lawfully. Email to those addresses is CAN-SPAM territory; AI calls to any cell numbers among them need written consent. The legal section below sets out what a vendor may do with a scraped list.
- The compliance sentence does not check out. Their FAQ says "The FCC One-to-One Consent Rule took effect January 27, 2026 and tightened how AI callers can dial" (fetched 2026-10-14). That rule was due to take effect on 27 January 2025; on 24 January 2025 the FCC postponed it by twelve months, to 26 January 2026 (DA 25-90), the Eleventh Circuit vacated it the same day (Insurance Marketing Coalition v. FCC), and the FCC removed it from its rules on 14 July 2025 (DA 25-621). The date in the FAQ traces to the postponement order; no version of the rule is in force. The rule that does govern an AI caller is the February 2024 AI-voice ruling, which the FAQ does not mention.
- Your real problem is inbound. Brooke is an outbound caller. If the leak is a website form that waits until morning, the $497 responder below fixes it, once, and never books.
The alternatives, by lane
For the Growth Engine: an autonomous agent
11x's Alice builds lists, writes and sends sequences and runs on 11x-managed mailboxes from $3,750 a month billed annually for 2,000 new prospects a month, with no setup fee; Pro and Enterprise are quoted, and the FAQ's "$36,000 per year" line does not reconcile with the card (11x Alice pricing, 2026-10-14). Artisan sells the same idea and publishes no price. Fit: a team that wants the outreach part of the Growth Engine without the content and ads, at less than half the price, on an annual term.
For the Growth Engine: a self-serve stack
Apollo for data and sequences at $49 to $119 per seat per month billed annually; Instantly for sending from $47 a month or bundled with data and an AI agent from $94; Smartlead from $39 a month with unlimited mailboxes and mailboxes to buy from $3.99; Clay for enrichment from $60 (all per the vendors' pages, 2026-10-14). Under $200 a month before data credits, with every asset in your name. Fit: a firm with one person who will own the motion. The full table is in best AI SDR software.
For the Growth Engine: an engine you own
Paramount's Outbound Install and Engine, described below: built in your accounts, run for you, everything yours. The side-by-side with the Growth Engine is on MyNewStaff vs Paramount.
For Brooke: a voice agent you build
Retell at $0.07 to $0.31 a minute by component, estimator $0.11; Bland at $0.14 on the free tier and $0.12 on Build at $299 a month; Vapi at $0.05 a minute plus providers at cost; Autocalls from $34 a month, $0.09 a minute on agency tiers; Synthflow from $30,000 a year (all 2026-10-14). Against Brooke's $0.25 a minute on top of a $997 tier, a built agent is cheaper per minute by a wide margin; the trade is that you build it and you carry the compliance logic.
For Brooke: a managed agent, or a responder
11x's Julian answers inbound calls and chats from $5,333 a month for voice and $2,417 for chat, billed annually (11x Julian pricing, 2026-10-14). And for the inbound half of what Brooke's page promises, the $497 AI Lead Responder: one payment, live within 48 hours of your onboarding form, answering website inquiries in under 60 seconds in your voice and sending qualified people to your booking link. It never books, and it does not take calls.
For ScaleX: a free diagnostic you can read
MyNewStaff's free tier is a scan with a roadmap. Paramount's is the Intake Index: six questions, scored 0 to 100 in your browser, the rubric printed on the page, no email required. It reads how your practice handles the inquiries it already gets, which is the question to settle before buying outbound from anyone.

The law any of these has to obey
Not legal advice; have counsel review every script and every list before launch. The rules bind the vendor and the client together and, as the FTC says of email, "can't [be] contract[ed] away" (FTC CAN-SPAM guide).
Scraped lists and email. Cold email to US business addresses is lawful under CAN-SPAM with true headers, an honest subject, an ad identification, a postal address and an opt-out honoured within ten business days; penalties run to $53,088 per non-compliant message. Google's bulk-sender rules add SPF, DKIM and DMARC, one-click unsubscribe and a spam rate under 0.10% (Email sender guidelines). In the UK, email to sole traders needs consent (PECR regulation 22) and every named person may object (GDPR Article 21).
Scraped lists and AI calls. Since the FCC's February 2024 ruling an AI-generated voice is an "artificial or prerecorded voice" under the TCPA (FCC 24-17). A marketing call with one to a cell phone needs prior express written consent naming the seller (47 CFR 64.1200); the statute has no business-to-business exception. A scraped list carries no consent, so an AI caller may not dial the cell numbers on it. Lawful shapes are calls to people who consented on the client's own forms, calls to business landlines, and AI assisting a human who dials. Each seller holds its own registry subscription and scrubs inside 31 days (FTC DNC Q&A); opt-outs by any reasonable means are honoured within ten business days (FCC 24-24); the AI says it is one in its first sentence (Maine requires it, 10 M.R.S. 1500-DD; the FCC has proposed it, FCC 24-84). In the UK an automated marketing call to a business needs that business's prior consent (PECR regulation 19).
Guarantees and results claims. A results claim needs a reasonable basis before it is made (FTC substantiation policy), and the FTC's guides say any ad that mentions a money-back or similar guarantee should disclose its material limitations and conditions clearly and prominently (16 CFR 239.3). Read any lead-count promise for its definition of a lead and its end date.
Where Paramount fits, honestly
Paramount Exposure is an AI development and software agency, founded in 2019, working with any business anywhere. Its outbound line is on the AI SDR service page, the AI lead generation page and the AI appointment setting page.
The Outbound Install is $2,500, delivered in 14 days: a written ICP of at most two segments, the first 1,500 verified contacts, the compliance pack, three secondary domains and nine to ten inboxes in your name with authentication and warm-up, one phone number with branded caller ID, a voice agent built for business landlines and consented numbers with the disclosure fixed, four-step sequences in your voice, and a reply handler that answers interested replies in under 60 seconds and sends them to your booking link. The Outbound Engine runs it: Pilot at $2,500 a month (1,500 contacts, about 6,000 sends, up to 1,000 AI dials and 500 minutes, up to 300 consented SMS, a weekly report) or Scale at $5,000 (5,000 contacts, about 20,000 sends, up to 4,000 dials and 2,000 minutes, two presenter-format films a month). Three-month minimum, then month to month; usage above the tier at a published rate card, $0.25 a voice minute, $40 per 1,000 contacts, $12 an inbox; a 45-day exit at which the third month is never billed and the assets hand over as built. The Install credits in full toward an AI Revenue System within 90 days.
Against the Growth Engine's $8,500: $5,000 at Scale plus $2,500 once, verified contacts rather than scraped ones, AI voice only where the law allows it, the assets yours in writing, and no outcome guarantee. We guarantee the inputs, contacts verified to the count, emails delivered under the published complaint and bounce gates, dials and minutes as stated, replies under 60 seconds, scrubs logged, with any missed month credited. AI voice calls go only to business landlines, after a wireless and Do Not Call scrub removes every cell number, and to people who gave prior express written consent; the agent says it is an AI in its first sentence. We do not guarantee leads or meetings; we have run this engine for no client yet, and the first client will be Paramount itself, and the weekly numbers from our own campaign will be published, misses included, at /outbound/proof. There is no free trial and there are no spots; the price is the price, on the AI SDR service page.
Frequently asked questions
How much does MyNewStaff cost?
On 2026-10-14 its pricing page lists a free ScaleX diagnostic, the Growth Engine at $8,500 a month and Franchise Scale from $25,000 a month; its Brooke page lists managed AI-caller tiers at $997, $2,497, $4,997 and $9,997 a month with voice at $0.25 a minute and a video avatar at $2.50, a $1,997 setup fee implied on prepaid plans, and a conflicting "starts at $249/mo" line for startups. No price carries an as-of date.
What is the best alternative to MyNewStaff?
For the outreach part of the Growth Engine, 11x Alice from $3,750 a month billed annually, or a self-serve stack from $39 a month with an operator. For Brooke, a voice agent on Retell or Bland from $0.07 a minute that you own. For outbound run for you with every asset in your name, Paramount's engine at $2,500 or $5,000 a month after a $2,500 install, with no track record yet and no outcome guarantee.
What can a buyer verify about MyNewStaff from its own site?
Everything a buyer can check from its own site points to a real company with published prices, a product page, a Texas address and a stated target customer. What a buyer cannot check from the site is the terms of the lead guarantee, who owns the assets at exit, and the consent basis for calling scraped numbers; ask for each in writing. I compete with it and still say the question is fit and terms, not legitimacy.
Can a vendor legally cold-call 10,000 scraped leads with an AI voice?
Not the cell numbers, no. Since February 2024 an AI voice is an artificial voice under the TCPA, and a marketing call with one to a cell phone needs prior express written consent naming the seller, with no B2B exception in the statute. A scraped list carries no consent. Email to the business addresses on it is lawful under CAN-SPAM with an opt-out, a postal address and an ad identification.
