Which AI model do you use?

Claude (Anthropic's flagship model, currently claude-sonnet-4-5). We chose Claude over OpenAI for two reasons: it follows brand voice instructions more reliably (critical when the AI is writing on behalf of a premium service brand), and it has stronger reasoning on the kinds of multi-criteria qualification decisions that lead scoring requires. We are not locked in; if better models ship, we re-platform.

Will the AI sound like a robot?

No. Every Claude integration ships with a voice calibration session where we capture your firm's actual writing style (typical sentence length, preferred phrasings, what you do and don't say) and encode it into the system prompt. The AI's responses match your tone closely enough that most prospects assume they're talking to a human assistant. Voice is the entire point; if it doesn't sound like the principal, the system isn't done.

What happens if the AI gets something wrong?

Every AI-generated response that goes to a real prospect has a confidence score. Low-confidence responses route to a human for approval before sending. High-confidence responses send autonomously.
