How Paramount handles your information.

Last updated · April 20, 2026

Paramount Exposure (“Paramount,” “we,” “us”) collects and processes a small amount of personal information through this website, our intake forms, and the systems we install for clients. This page describes what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

When you submit an inquiry through our intake formor the live qualification widget on the homepage, we receive the name, email, phone number, company name (if provided), and the message you send. That submission is processed by Anthropic’s Claude API for qualification purposes and stored in our customer-relationship system.

When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email and the source page you subscribed from. When you book a consultation, we collect the appointment details directly from the scheduling provider (Cal.com).

We do not use third-party advertising trackers, fingerprinting, or session-replay tools. The site has no tracking pixels.

Why we use it

  • To qualify your inquiry and respond to you, in seconds, with the AI revenue system this site demonstrates.
  • To follow up on consultations you have booked or proposals we have sent.
  • To send the newsletter, if you subscribed to it. We send no other broadcast email.
  • To improve the engagement experience based on aggregate, de-identified patterns.

Who we share it with

We use the following third-party services to operate the site and handle inquiries: Anthropic (AI qualification), Resend (transactional and newsletter email), Vercel (hosting), Vercel KV / Upstash (storage for queue and metrics), Stripe (payment processing for deposits when applicable), Cal.com (scheduling), and Attio (CRM). Each of these processes the minimum data required for its function under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer personal data to anyone else.

How long we keep it

Inquiry data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus ninety days, after which it is deleted unless required for active legal, accounting, or regulatory purposes. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe; the unsubscribe link is in every email and takes a single click.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, request that it be corrected, or request that it be deleted. We will respond within thirty days. Send the request to privacy@paramountexposure.com.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you have specific additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA / CPRA respectively. We honor those requests in full.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of essential first-party cookies to remember your session state during forms, your scroll progress, and your preferences for reduced motion. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. We do not need a cookie banner because we do not set any cookie that would require one.

Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes are announced in the newsletter and on this page.
