AI appointment setting, inbound and outbound
AI Appointment Setting Service for Agencies and Firms.
AI appointment setting run as a service from $297 a month on top of the $497 AI Lead Responder, not software you configure. The AI qualifies each lead, replies in under 60 seconds and sends the person to your booking page to choose a time; it never books on anyone's behalf. Inbound, the Speed-to-Lead Caller ($297 a month, 200 minutes included) calls consented web-form leads within 60 seconds. Outbound, the Outbound Engine (from $2,500 a month after a $2,500, 14-day install) sources and works the list. No setting results to show yet; the first client will be Paramount.
Sold on its own, not inside an install: the Outbound Install, $2,500 in 14 days, then the Outbound Engine from $2,500 a month. Smallest first step: AI Lead Responder, $497.
What gets delivered
Every component, integrated.
- Qualification written for your offer: the questions, the disqualifiers and the hand-off rule, agreed in writing before anything goes live
- Inbound: the Speed-to-Lead Caller calls a consented web-form or booking-page lead within 60 seconds, says it is an AI, confirms the enquiry, answers first questions in your voice and sends the booking link by SMS or email
- Outbound: verified lists, four-step email sequences from your own domains, AI voice to business landlines where state law allows and consented numbers only, every reply answered in under 60 seconds and routed to your booking page
- The definition of a set appointment, in writing: a qualified person who chose a time on your booking page; nothing else is counted
- Calendar and CRM hand-off: source, transcript and qualification notes on every appointment in your CRM, so whoever takes the meeting walks in briefed
- A reminder sequence by email and consented SMS before the appointment, with an opt-out on every message
- A weekly report: leads, qualified, sent to the booking page, appointments set, appointments held, cost per held appointment
- The compliance pack: consent language for your forms and booking page, AI disclosure on every call, Do Not Call and wireless scrubs, calling hours by the recipient's time zone, opt-outs honoured across channels
How it fits Paramount
AI Appointment Setting, sold on its own.
Search for an AI appointment setter and every result is software: a platform you configure, a prompt you write, a calendar you connect, and a consent problem you own. Paramount sells the setting as a service and keeps one line the software does not draw: the AI qualifies and sends, the person confirms. It never commits you to a time it cannot see and never calls anyone who did not ask to be called. The AI Lead Responder on this site works the same way, which is why we say it sends people to your booking link and not that it books.
AI appointment setting has two published shapes, both sold on their own rather than inside an install. Inbound: the $497 AI Lead Responder answers website inquiries in under 60 seconds and sends people to your booking link; the Speed-to-Lead Caller adds a call within 60 seconds to leads who gave prior express written consent on your form, $297 a month with 200 minutes included and $0.25 a minute after. Outbound: the Outbound Install ($2,500, 14 days) builds the list, sequences, voice agent and CRM pipeline in your accounts, and the Outbound Engine runs them at $2,500 or $5,000 a month on a 3-month minimum with an exit at day 45. The Install credits in full toward an AI Revenue System within 90 days. No appointment count is promised at any tier.

Common questions
AI Appointment Setting, answered.
Does the AI book the appointment?
No. It qualifies the lead, answers the first questions in your voice, and sends the person to your booking page, where they choose a time your calendar actually has. Nothing is written into your calendar by the AI. That rule is deliberate: a setter that commits you to times it cannot see creates the clashes and no-shows the category is known for, and a prospect who chooses the slot is a prospect who turns up.
What counts as a set appointment?
A qualified person who chose a time on your booking page. Qualified means they passed the questions and disqualifiers we agreed in writing before launch. A reply, a polite expression of interest, or a lead who was sent the link and never chose a time is not an appointment and is not counted in the weekly report. Held appointments are reported separately from set ones, and the cost per held appointment is the number we think you should watch.
Will the AI call my inbound leads, and is that legal?
Only leads who gave prior express written consent on a form or booking page carrying the consent language we supply: it names your business, says calls may use an AI-generated voice, names the number, and says consent is not a condition of buying anything. With that consent the Speed-to-Lead Caller calls within 60 seconds, says it is an AI in its first sentence, and offers an opt-out. Without it, the lead gets the responder's written reply and the booking link, and no call. The FCC confirmed in February 2024 that AI-generated voices are artificial voices under the TCPA, which is exactly why the consent comes first. This is not legal advice; your counsel reviews the consent language before launch.
What does AI appointment setting cost?
Inbound: $297 a month for the Speed-to-Lead Caller with 200 minutes included and $0.25 a minute after, on top of the $497 one-time AI Lead Responder. Outbound: a $2,500 Install delivered in 14 days, then $2,500 a month at Pilot volume (1,500 verified contacts, about 6,000 emails, up to 1,000 dials) or $5,000 at Scale (5,000 contacts, about 20,000 emails, up to 4,000 dials). Every usage rate above the tier is published on the AI SDR page. There is no per-appointment fee, because a per-appointment fee rewards setting appointments that do not hold.
How is this different from Setter AI, SetSmart or Appointwise?
They are software: you connect your lead sources and calendar, write or pick the prompts, and run it, usually on a monthly plan priced by messages or credits. Paramount is a service: we write the qualification, build the consent and the sequences, run the calls and the replies, report weekly, and the person still confirms on your booking page. Software is the right answer for a team with someone to operate it and volume to justify the seat; the service is for a firm that wants it done and wants the law handled in writing. Their published prices, read from their own pages with the date, are on the comparison hub.
Do you guarantee a number of appointments?
No. We guarantee the inputs in writing (contacts verified to the stated count; emails delivered with a spam-complaint rate under 0.30% and a bounce rate under 3%; replies answered in under 60 seconds during business hours; Do Not Call and wireless scrubs run and logged before every batch). Any month a guaranteed line is missed, that month's Engine fee is credited. Appointment counts depend on your offer, your list and your market, and a vendor who promises a number before seeing any of them is pricing in the dispute. The outbound engagement carries an exit at day 45; if the numbers are not there, you leave with everything built.
Have you set appointments for a client before?
Not with this service, and the page says so rather than implying otherwise. The AI Lead Responder answers the inquiries on this site; the setting service is new, and its first client will be Paramount. The weekly numbers from our own run, misses included, will be what we show a prospective client before they buy; that run has not started, so nothing is quoted here.
