Best fit

Two different tools for two different operations.

Synthflow is best for

Companies that want to build and operate their own voice agents at scale, with an SLA, SIP or native telephony, custom concurrency and an annual contract.

Paramount is best for

Firms that do not want to operate a voice platform: Paramount builds the outbound system (list, email, a disclosed AI caller for business lines and consented numbers, reply handling, CRM) in accounts you own and runs it monthly.

When to switch from Synthflow

Three signs you've outgrown the tool.

  • Trigger 01

You signed an annual platform contract and the agent is still not making calls, because building it was the job nobody owned.

  • Trigger 02

You want the email, the list and the reply handling run with the calling, not a voice agent on its own.

  • Trigger 03

You want the calling law handled in writing, with the consent language and the scrubs done for you.

When Synthflow wins

Honest take.

If you want to build and operate your own voice agents at scale with an SLA, SIP and custom concurrency, Synthflow is a platform made for that and Paramount is not a platform: its voice agents run on Retell AI at launch, inside a workspace registered to the client. Paramount also has no outbound results yet; Synthflow is an established product.

The smallest way to compare for yourself: the AI Lead Responder — $497, live in 48 hours — the same system answering our own site, installed on yours.

Questions

Synthflow vs Paramount, answered.

What does Synthflow cost?

Synthflow's pricing page shows one plan: Enterprise, 'contracts start at $30,000 annually', scoped on call volume and concurrency through sales, with no per-minute rate, included minutes or overage published (checked 2026-10-14). Paramount Exposure's outbound line is $2,500 once for the Install and $2,500 or $5,000 a month to run, with voice above the included minutes at $0.25 a minute.

What's the difference between Synthflow and Paramount Exposure?

Synthflow is a voice agent platform: you build the agent, connect telephony and your CRM, and run the calling. Paramount builds an outbound system in your accounts (the list, email from your domains, a disclosed AI caller for business lines and consented numbers, reply handling in under 60 seconds, the CRM pipeline) and runs it for you monthly, on Retell AI rather than its own platform. One is a tool; the other is the work.

Is Synthflow a good choice for outbound calling?

For a company with the people to build and operate voice agents at scale under an enterprise contract, it is built for that. The question to settle before any platform is consent: AI-generated voices are artificial voices under the TCPA, so marketing calls to cell phones need prior express written consent whatever the platform. Paramount's answer is to call business lines and consented numbers only; a platform leaves that decision with you.

When should I choose Paramount Exposure over Synthflow?

When you do not want to operate a voice platform, when you want the email and the list run alongside the calling, and when you want the calling law handled in writing. Choose Synthflow when you want to own the build. Either way, Paramount has no outbound results of its own yet and says so.
