Terms of use.

These terms govern your use of paramountexposure.com (the “Site”) and the engagements offered through it. Using the Site or engaging Paramount Exposure (“Paramount,” “we”) constitutes acceptance of these terms.

The Site

Content on the Site, copy, code, design, and the AI qualification system that powers the inquiry widget, is owned by Paramount or its licensors. You may read it, share it, link to it, and quote it briefly with attribution. You may not republish it, claim it as your own, or use it to train a derivative system without written consent.

The qualification widget on the homepage and the intake form on /contact exist for one purpose: evaluating fit for a Paramount engagement. Submissions are processed by AI in real time and may be reviewed by humans during the consultation phase. Submissions used for any other purpose (testing, scraping, abuse) may be blocked, ignored, or reported.

The Site's text, films, images and data are the property of Paramount Exposure. Automated copying, crawling or extraction of the Site is not permitted, except by search engines and documented AI crawlers that identify themselves and honour the Site's robots.txt. Addresses and networks that send automated traffic without identifying themselves may be refused access.

Engagements

Engagements with Paramount are governed by a written proposal delivered after the scope conversation. Each proposal specifies the phases, deliverables, fixed price, timeline, and acceptance criteria for that specific engagement, and supersedes anything described on the Site.

Prices for the engagements that can be purchased on the Site are fixed and are set out in the next section. Where the Site describes pricing ranges, install timelines, or inclusion lists for custom engagements, these are indicative, and the proposal is the source of truth for that engagement.

Purchases made on the Site

The following engagements can be bought directly on the Site, through Stripe, at the published price: the AI Lead Responder ($497, one-time), the AI Presenter Ad ($750, one-time), the AI Brand Film ($2,500, one-time), the Revenue Leak Audit ($2,500, one-time), and the install reservation deposit ($500, credited against the engagement total). The price shown at checkout is the price charged; nothing renews.

Delivery. The AI Lead Responder is live within minutes of the completed setup form when self-installed (you paste one line of code on your site), or within 48 hours of the completed onboarding form when installed by us. The AI Presenter Ad is delivered within 72 hours of script approval. The AI Brand Film is delivered within 5 business days of script approval. Each video order begins with a brief from you; the script is sent for your approval within one business day of the brief, and nothing renders until you approve it. The Revenue Leak Audit is delivered within 5 business days of the working session.

Revisions. Each video order includes two revision passes, requested within 14 days of delivery.

Ownership. The master files delivered to you are yours. The AI presenter cast for your brand is exclusive to you and will not be used for any other client.

AI disclosure.The presenter and voice in every video are AI-generated. They are disclosed as such at delivery, and you agree to carry the platform’s AI-generated content label wherever one exists when you publish them.

Refunds. A video order is refunded in full on request at any time before you approve the script. If the AI Lead Responder is not live within the delivery window above (minutes of the completed setup form when self-installed, 48 hours of the completed onboarding form when installed by us), it is refunded in full on request within 14 days of purchase. The AI Lead Responder, the AI Presenter Ad, and the AI Brand Film each credit in full toward any Paramount install booked within 30 days of purchase. The Revenue Leak Audit ($2,500) is refundable on request before the working session takes place and is credited in full toward any larger engagement booked within 30 days. The install reservation deposit ($500) is refundable within 48 hours of the fit call and is otherwise credited against the engagement total.

Limitation of liability

Paramount makes no warranty about the Site beyond the implied warranty of reasonable care. The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paramount is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

Engagement-specific liability terms are addressed in the engagement proposal and any associated master service agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Santa Barbara County, California.

Changes

We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated in the newsletter and noted on this page.
