AI cold calling for agencies and firms

AI Cold Calling Service: Consent-First, Disclosed.

AI cold calling run as a service, inside the law as it stands: the AI dials business landlines where state law allows and consented numbers only, says it is an AI in its first sentence, offers an opt-out, and never calls a consumer's cell phone cold. It is the voice channel of the Outbound Engine, $2,500 or $5,000 a month after a $2,500, 14-day Install, with up to 1,000 or 4,000 dials a month as ceilings. We have run this for no client yet; the first client will be Paramount, and the weekly numbers from that run, misses included, will be the only proof we quote.

Sold on its own, not inside an install: the Outbound Install, $2,500 in 14 days, then the Outbound Engine from $2,500 a month. Smallest first step: AI Lead Responder, $497.

What gets delivered

Every component, integrated.

  • An AI voice agent in a workspace registered to you, built for business landlines where state law allows (several states are excluded at launch and counsel reviews the list before the first dial) and numbers whose owners gave prior express written consent, with the AI disclosure, the callback number and the opt-out in its first sentences
  • A phone number registered to your business with branded caller ID, never blocked or rotated, answered by the inbound agent during business hours
  • The script and the consent language, written for your offer and sent to your counsel before the first dial; every version kept for five years
  • Do Not Call and wireless scrubs on your own Registry subscription, run no more than 31 days before any batch and logged, plus an internal suppression list honoured across every channel
  • Calling hours by the recipient's time zone, narrower where a state says so, and an attempts cap per contact
  • Recording and transcription where the law allows, announced at the top of the call, with retention set in writing
  • Every call, transcript, consent record and opt-out written to your CRM, so the campaign can be audited without asking us
  • A weekly report: dials, connects, conversations, opt-outs, meetings held, cost per held meeting

How it fits Paramount

AI Cold Calling, sold on its own.

Search for AI cold calling and the results are platforms and a managed caller or two, none of which say which numbers the AI will dial or on what consent. That answer decides whether the campaign is lawful: an AI-generated voice is an artificial voice under the TCPA, so a marketing call to a cell phone or a home needs prior express written consent, and several states narrow or remove the business exemption and set their own hours. Paramount builds the caller on published-price infrastructure in a workspace you own, points it only at business landlines where state law allows and at people who asked to be called, discloses the AI first, and runs it beside the email and the replies, with the legal frame printed on the page and the scripts reviewed by counsel before anything dials.

AI cold calling is not sold on its own; it is the voice channel of the Outbound Engine. The Outbound Install ($2,500, 14 days) builds the agent, the number, the script, the scrubs and the CRM pipeline in your accounts beside the list and the email; the Engine runs it at $2,500 a month (Pilot, up to 1,000 dials and 500 minutes) or $5,000 a month (Scale, up to 4,000 dials and 2,000 minutes), 3-month minimum with an exit at day 45, minutes above the tier at $0.25. Firms that want calls only to their own inbound leads use the Speed-to-Lead Caller instead: $297 a month on top of the $497 AI Lead Responder, calling consented web-form leads within 60 seconds. The Install credits in full toward an AI Revenue System within 90 days.

Common questions

AI Cold Calling, answered.

Which numbers will the AI call?

Two kinds, and nothing else. Business landlines, where the state the business sits in allows the call and counsel has cleared that state, and numbers whose owners gave prior express written consent to your firm on a form we supply. Consent is not transferable between sellers, so no list is bought with consent included. A business owner's personal cell phone is still a cell phone under the TCPA, and it is not called without that consent. The AI says it is an AI in its first sentence on every call.

Is AI cold calling legal?

AI-generated voices are artificial voices under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act; the FCC confirmed it in a declaratory ruling adopted in February 2024 (FCC 24-17). An artificial-voice marketing call to a cell phone or a residential line needs the called party's prior express written consent, and the statute has no business-to-business exception. Business landlines sit outside that consent rule and outside the federal Do Not Call Registry (16 CFR §310.6(b)(7)), but inside the Telemarketing Sales Rule's identification and honesty duties, the internal do-not-call rules, and the laws of states such as Florida, Oklahoma, Maryland and Texas that narrow or remove the business exemption, set their own hours and require registration; we scrub every list against the Registry and our suppression list and keep the 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. window in the recipient's time zone anyway, as policy, narrower where a state says so. We launch with US contacts; the UK and the EU require prior consent for any automated marketing call, business or not, and other countries wait for counsel review. Everything we build is consent-first by construction, the scripts and consent language go to your counsel before the first dial, and none of this is legal advice. The FCC ruling and the court decision we cite are on our research page with the primary sources linked.

What about Do Not Call lists?

Each client is its own seller under the FTC's rules and holds its own National Do Not Call Registry subscription; we scrub every batch against the Registry version obtained no more than 31 days earlier, against the wireless block list, and against your internal suppression list, and we log the version and the date. An opt-out spoken on a call, typed in an email or sent by text is honoured across every channel the same day and kept on file for five years. Calls to businesses are mostly exempt from the federal Registry; we scrub them anyway, because the states that narrow the exemption do not announce themselves on the list.

What does AI cold calling cost?

It is priced inside the Outbound Engine, not per call: $2,500 a month at Pilot (up to 1,000 dials and 500 AI minutes, with the email engine and 1,500 verified contacts) or $5,000 at Scale (up to 4,000 dials and 2,000 minutes), after a $2,500 Install delivered in 14 days. Minutes above the tier are $0.25 each, printed here before you sign. The voice platform (Retell AI at launch) runs in a workspace registered to you, so its per-minute cost is visible in your own account and the markup is the rate card and the labour.

Do you guarantee meetings from the calls?

No. We guarantee the inputs in writing (contacts verified to the stated count; emails delivered with a spam-complaint rate under 0.30% and a bounce rate under 3%; replies answered in under 60 seconds during business hours; Do Not Call and wireless scrubs run and logged before every batch). Any month a guaranteed line is missed, that month's Engine fee is credited. Dials and minutes are published as ceilings per tier, not as guaranteed counts, because a dial needs a callable line and consent. We have no outbound results of our own yet. The first client will be Paramount: our own run starts with email, consented callbacks and human-placed calls, and its weekly numbers, misses included, will be published before we quote any of them.

How is this different from AI cold calling software such as Bland, Retell or Autocalls?

Those are platforms: you build the agent, bring the list, decide which numbers it may dial, and own the consent problem. Paramount builds its caller on one of them (Retell AI at launch, Bland where a flat per-minute rate is wanted), in a workspace registered to you, and runs it with the list, the scrubs, the email and the replies as one service with a weekly report. If you have an operator and an engineer, buy the platform; their published prices are on the comparison hub with the date we read them. If you do not, this is the version where someone else runs it and you still own the result.
