Do you set up a newsletter from scratch?

What email platform do you use?

Resend (transactional and marketing) is our default for new builds, with optional integration into Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, or HubSpot if the client has an existing audience there. We do not use Constant Contact, MailerLite, or any of the SMB-tier tools, deliverability and AI integration are both inferior.

How is this different from setting up Mailchimp myself?
