Autocalls Alternatives in 2026: Plans, Per-Minute Prices and Sources

In short

The best Autocalls alternatives depend on whether you are reselling or building. For resale, GoHighLevel's AI Employee at $50 or $97 a month per sub-account; for building, Retell from $0.07 a minute, Bland from $0.12 or Vapi from $0.05 plus pass-through; for a vendor to run it, 11x Julian or MyNewStaff Brooke. Autocalls itself is $34 to $419 a month with $0.09 a minute on its agency tiers.

The best Autocalls alternatives depend on whether you are reselling voice agents or building one. For resale, GoHighLevel's AI Employee at $50 or $97 a month per sub-account is the other platform with agency rebilling built in; for building, Retell from $0.07 a minute, Bland from $0.12 and Vapi from $0.05 plus pass-through; for a vendor to run it, 11x Julian or MyNewStaff's Brooke. Autocalls itself is $34 to $419 a month with $0.09 a minute on its agency tiers. I run Paramount Exposure, which builds consented voice agents for clients and is a buyer of this category rather than a platform in it; the head-to-head is on Autocalls vs Paramount, and I rank nobody.

Every price was read from the vendor's own page on 2026-10-14 and linked in its row. A note for the agency reader this query mostly belongs to: the per-minute rate you resell at is the least important number on the page. The consent rule in the legal section is the one that decides whether your client's campaign is lawful at all.

What Autocalls actually sells, at its published price

Autocalls is a no-code platform for inbound and outbound AI phone agents with an explicit agency and reseller track. On 2026-10-14 the page lists four plans. Starter is $34 a month for 120 minutes with $0.20 a minute over, three concurrent calls, one assistant and one outbound campaign. Pro is $129 for 700 minutes at $0.16 over, ten concurrent calls, five assistants and campaigns. Agency is $249 for 1,700 minutes at $0.09 a minute, 500 concurrent calls, unlimited assistants and campaigns. Agency White Label is $419 for 3,500 minutes at $0.09, 1,000 concurrent calls, your branding and domain, unlimited sub-accounts and Stripe rebilling, with "no revenue share", "no fee per client" and "no setup fee"; unused minutes roll over on that plan only. Dedicated numbers start at $3.99 a month and your own numbers are free. A lower figure sits beside a yearly toggle labelled "2 months free" ($27, $103, $199, $355), which does not quite reconcile with the monthly prices. The concurrency limit applies across the whole account, client sub-accounts included (autocalls.ai/pricing).

What it is good at: an agency price list. A reseller gets a white-labelled product, sub-accounts and rebilling for $419 a month and a $0.09 minute, which is a complete small business in a box. If that is the requirement and your clients' call volume fits inside one shared concurrency pool, Autocalls is a sensible platform, and the rest of this article will say where that holds.

When to look elsewhere

  1. One client can starve the others. Concurrency is shared across the account. A client that runs a campaign at 9 a.m. takes the lines from the one answering inbound calls.
  2. You want to choose the model and the voice. Autocalls is no-code by design; Retell, Bland and Vapi expose every component.
  3. Your clients already live in a CRM. GoHighLevel's AI Employee sits inside the sub-account your agency already bills.
  4. Nobody on your side will configure anything. The managed vendors below do the building.
  5. The client's leak is inbound web inquiries. A voice platform does not fix a form that waits until morning; the $497 responder below does, and it never books.

The alternatives, by lane

The other agency platform: GoHighLevel

GoHighLevel is the CRM most agencies on this query already run. Platform plans are $97 (three sub-accounts), $297 (unlimited sub-accounts, rebilling at no markup) and $497 a month (SaaS mode, rebilling with markup), Enterprise quoted; the AI Employee is $50 a month per sub-account for 1,000 conversation responses and 100 voice minutes, or $97 unlimited subject to fair use; pay-per-use Voice AI is $0.045 a minute on the engine plus text-to-speech at $0.015 to $0.170, model tokens and phone charges (gohighlevel.com/pricing, AI pricing, 2026-10-14). Fit: an agency that wants the voice agent inside the client's CRM, calendar and pipeline rather than beside them. The trade is a heavier platform and a per-minute bill that is harder to read.

Builder platforms: Retell, Bland, Vapi

Retell bills by component, per second: a $0.055 voice engine, telephony $0.015, text-to-speech from $0.015, a model from $0.008 to $0.08, for $0.07 to $0.31 all-in and an estimator of $0.11; 20 concurrent calls free, then $8 a month each; batch calling $0.005 a dial; Enterprise quoted (retellai.com/pricing, 2026-10-14). Bland prints one talk rate with the model inside: $0.14 a minute on the free Start tier (ten concurrent), $0.12 on Build at $299 a month (50 concurrent), Enterprise quoted (bland.ai/pricing, 2026-10-14). Vapi charges $0.05 a minute to host and passes providers through at cost, with Core at $29 a month and Pro from $999 (vapi.ai/pricing, 2026-10-14). Fit: an agency with a builder that wants to own the agent and sell it as its own product, with concurrency per client rather than per account. The trade is that none of the three ships a white-label dashboard with rebilling; you build the wrapper or sell the service.

Enterprise and managed: Synthflow, 11x Julian, MyNewStaff Brooke

Synthflow publishes one plan, Enterprise from $30,000 a year, and no per-minute rate (synthflow.ai/pricing, 2026-10-14). 11x's Julian answers inbound calls and chats as a managed agent from $5,333 a month for voice and $2,417 for chat, billed annually (11x Julian pricing). MyNewStaff's Brooke is a managed outbound caller from $997 a month for 500 voice minutes and $0.25 a minute above, with a $1,997 setup fee implied by "setup FREE (save $1,997)" (their Brooke page); both 2026-10-14. Fit: buyers who want the vendor to build and run the agent, at a price that scales with volume.

Consented voice in your own accounts: Paramount

Described below. Paramount builds the agent in the client's workspace with the consent check, disclosure, hours and opt-out enforced inside it, runs it, and hands over every asset.

The law an agency inherits with every client

Not legal advice; counsel reviews every script before the first dial. This section is longer than the usual roundup's because the agency reader carries more of the exposure than the end client knows.

An AI voice is an artificial voice. The FCC's February 2024 ruling put AI-generated voices under the TCPA's "artificial or prerecorded voice" rules (FCC 24-17). A marketing call with one to a cell phone needs the called party's prior express written consent naming the seller (47 CFR 64.1200); the statute has no business-to-business exception. A client's "AI cold calling campaign" to the cell numbers or residential lines on a purchased list is unlawful without that consent on Autocalls and on every alternative above; business landlines sit outside that rule but inside the Telemarketing Sales Rule, state law and the identification and opt-out duties below.

Each client is a seller with its own registry account. The FTC's rule binds the seller and the telemarketer together; every seller must subscribe to the National Do Not Call Registry itself, and a telemarketer "cannot purchase the list once and then provide the data to all of its Clients" (FTC DNC Q&A). Lists are scrubbed inside 31 days of any call; records are kept five years (16 CFR 310.5).

Liability cannot be rebilled. The FTC states for email that a company "can't contract away your legal responsibility to comply with the law" (CAN-SPAM guide); the telemarketing rule works the same way, and under the TSR amendments the FTC adopted in March 2024, B2B calls are subject to its misrepresentation rules (FTC press release). A white-label agreement allocates duties; it does not move the exposure.

Identify, disclose, allow opt-out, keep hours. Every artificial-voice message states the business at the start, gives a callback number and offers an automated opt-out within two seconds (47 CFR 64.1200(b)); opt-outs by any reasonable means are honoured within ten business days (FCC 24-24); Maine requires clear notice when an AI voice could be mistaken for a person (10 M.R.S. 1500-DD) and the FCC has proposed a federal rule (FCC 24-84); all-party recording states need "this call is recorded" at the top (RCFP recording guide); Florida (Fla. Stat. 501.616(6)), Oklahoma (15 O.S. 775C.3) and Maryland (Md. Comm. Law 14-4502) cap sales calls at three a day between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.; Connecticut requires written consent for every consumer sales call (chapter 743m); New Jersey bars unsolicited sales calls to cell phones (N.J.S.A. 56:8-130). In the UK an automated marketing call to a business needs that business's prior consent (PECR regulation 19).

The three contract clauses an agency needs with every client before a dial: a consent warranty with the record available on request; the client's own registry subscription and state registrations; and a fixed disclosure line the client cannot edit out.

Where Paramount fits, honestly

Paramount Exposure is an AI development and software agency. It does not sell a white-label platform and does not compete with Autocalls for resellers; it builds consented voice agents for clients inside the rules above and runs them. The work is on the AI appointment setting service page, the AI SDR page and the AI lead generation page.

The Speed-to-Lead Caller is a $297-a-month add-on to the $497 AI Lead Responder, including 200 minutes and $0.25 a minute after: when a form or booking-page submission arrives carrying the consent language we supply, the AI calls within 60 seconds, says it is an AI assistant in its first sentence, confirms the inquiry and sends the booking link by SMS or email. It calls nobody who has not consented. The responder itself answers website inquiries in under 60 seconds and sends people to the booking link; it never books.

For outbound, the Outbound Install at $2,500, delivered in 14 days, builds the agent for business landlines and consented numbers with the disclosure fixed, a number with branded caller ID, recording-consent handling by state, calling hours by recipient time zone and opt-out propagation across every channel, beside the email infrastructure in the client's name. The Outbound Engine runs it at $2,500 a month (up to 1,000 dials and 500 minutes) or $5,000 (4,000 dials and 2,000 minutes), minutes above the tier at $0.25, three-month minimum, a 45-day exit. The client owns the workspace, the number, the prompts, the recordings and the transcripts. We guarantee the inputs, dials and minutes as stated, scrubs logged, replies answered in under 60 seconds, with any missed month credited. AI voice calls go only to business landlines, after a wireless and Do Not Call scrub removes every cell number, and to people who gave prior express written consent; the agent says it is an AI in its first sentence. We do not guarantee meetings and have run this for no client yet; the first client will be Paramount itself, and the weekly numbers from our own campaign will be published, misses included, at /outbound/proof. The free Intake Index scores inquiry handling first; the outbound tiers are on the AI SDR service page, the Speed-to-Lead Caller on the AI appointment setting page, and the responder on the pricing page.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Autocalls cost?

On 2026-10-14: Starter $34 a month for 120 minutes, Pro $129 for 700, Agency $249 for 1,700 and Agency White Label $419 for 3,500, with $0.09 a minute on the two agency tiers and $0.20 and $0.16 overage on the smaller ones; numbers from $3.99 a month. A lower figure beside a yearly toggle labelled "2 months free" does not quite reconcile with the monthly prices.

What is the best alternative to Autocalls for agencies?

For agencies already on GoHighLevel, its AI Employee at $50 or $97 a month per sub-account keeps the voice agent inside the client's CRM. For agencies with a builder, Retell from $0.07 a minute or Bland from $0.12 lets you own the agent and sell it as your own, without a white-label dashboard. Either way the client needs its own registry subscription and written consent for every automated marketing call.

Can I white-label an AI calling platform and resell it?

Autocalls prints a white-label tier at $419 a month with sub-accounts and Stripe rebilling; GoHighLevel sells SaaS mode on its $497 plan; MyNewStaff lists white label on Brooke's $4,997 tier (per the vendors' pages, 2026-10-14). What you cannot resell is the liability: the FTC holds the seller and the telemarketer responsible together, and each client must hold its own Do Not Call subscription.

Not to consumers' cell phones without prior express written consent naming the client; since February 2024 an AI voice is an artificial voice under the TCPA, with no B2B exception in the statute. Lawful shapes are calls to people who consented on the client's own forms, calls to business landlines, and AI assisting a human who dials, with disclosure, a registry scrub, hours and opt-outs enforced.
