Best fit

Two different tools for two different operations.

MyNewStaff is best for

B2B founders who want one vendor to run cold calling, lead scraping, content volume and paid ads together, are comfortable judging the service by a lead-count guarantee, and do not need to own the infrastructure it runs on.

Paramount is best for

Service firms and agencies that want the outbound system built in their own accounts, AI calls made only to business lines and consented numbers with the AI disclosed, a published rate card, and a vendor that says plainly it has no outbound results yet rather than results that cannot be checked.

When to switch from MyNewStaff

Three signs you've outgrown the tool.

  • Trigger 01

You asked who owns the domains, the numbers and the lead list at the end of the engagement and did not get a written answer.

  • Trigger 02

You want to know, before the first dial, which numbers the AI will call and on what consent, and 'compliance is handled' is the whole answer.

  • Trigger 03

You want the price of every minute, contact and inbox above the tier printed before you sign, not discovered on the invoice.

When MyNewStaff wins

Honest take.

If you want one vendor to run cold calling, scraped-list outreach, content volume and paid ads together under a lead-count guarantee, and you are comfortable judging it on its own published figures, MyNewStaff sells exactly that bundle today and Paramount does not: Paramount has no outbound client results yet, holds AI calls to business lines and consented numbers, and does not promise a lead count. MyNewStaff's Brooke is also a video avatar that joins Zoom calls, which Paramount does not offer at all.

The smallest way to compare for yourself: the AI Lead Responder — $497, live in 48 hours — the same system answering our own site, installed on yours.

Questions

MyNewStaff vs Paramount, answered.

What does MyNewStaff cost?

MyNewStaff publishes the Brooke AI caller at $997/month (Starter, 500 voice minutes) up to $9,997/month (Enterprise), voice at $0.25/minute, and a setup fee, never stated as charged, that its 'setup FREE' offers imply at $1,997; the Growth Engine at $8,500/month; and Franchise Scale from $25,000 a month (per their pricing and Brooke pages, 2026-10-14). A separate line on the Brooke page says Brooke 'starts at' $249 a month for startups, which does not match the tiers, and no price carries an as-of date. Paramount Exposure's outbound line is $2,500 once for the Install and $2,500 or $5,000 a month to run, with every usage rate above the tier published.

What's the difference between MyNewStaff and Paramount Exposure?

MyNewStaff runs a managed engine on its own stack: an AI caller, scraped leads, sequences, a CRM, AI content and ads, sold monthly with a lead-count guarantee, and its pages do not say who owns the infrastructure or on what consent the calls are made. Paramount builds the outbound system in your accounts and runs it for you: the AI caller is disclosed on every call and dials business lines and consented numbers only, the domains, lists and consent records are yours, the rate card is published, and the only proof it will quote is its own run of the engine, which has not started: it has no client results yet.

Does MyNewStaff guarantee results, and does Paramount?

MyNewStaff's pricing page promises '100 Qualified Leads Or We Work Free' within 90 days, and its Brooke page '5 qualified meetings in 30 days or your money back'. Paramount does not guarantee an outcome. It guarantees the inputs in writing (contacts verified to the stated count; emails delivered with a spam-complaint rate under 0.30% and a bounce rate under 3%; replies answered in under 60 seconds during business hours; Do Not Call and wireless scrubs run and logged before every batch); any month a guaranteed line is missed, that month's Engine fee is credited, and you can leave at day 45 with everything built. A lead-count promise is only as good as the definition of a lead and the vendor's checkable record; Paramount has no record yet and says so.

Is MyNewStaff's Brooke the same as Brooke.ai?

No. Brooke.ai is the automotive service-scheduling assistant used by car dealerships that owns the search results for the name. MyNewStaff's Brooke is its AI sales caller and video avatar, sold on the their site/brooke page. The company is also written 'My New Staff AI'. Paramount compares the company and its published offers only.

Is AI cold calling legal?

AI-generated voices are artificial voices under the TCPA; the FCC confirmed it in February 2024. An artificial-voice marketing call to a cell phone or a residential line needs prior express written consent; business landlines sit outside that rule and, for most calls, outside the federal Do Not Call Registry, but inside the Telemarketing Sales Rule's honesty duties and the state laws that narrow or remove the business exemption. That is why Paramount's caller dials business landlines where state law allows and consented numbers only, scrubs every list anyway, and says it is an AI first. The one-to-one consent rule some vendor pages still cite as taking effect in 2026 was vacated by the Eleventh Circuit on 24 January 2025 in Insurance Marketing Coalition v. FCC, No. 24-10277; the opinion is linked on our research page. This is not legal advice.
