Add an AI chatbot to HubSpot CMS in minutes.

Short answer

The AI Lead Responder from Paramount Exposure is the chat widget this page installs. On HubSpot the install line goes into the domain's footer: Settings → Content → Pages → choose the domain → Site Footer HTML. Save, and the chat widget runs on every website page and landing page on that domain, answering inquiries in under 60 seconds, in your voice, and sending people to your booking link. It never books. Blog posts and knowledge base articles take the line per page.

What you need

Two things, and five minutes.

Your site key
Issued by the setup form after checkout. It is the only thing in the install line that is yours; everything else is the same for every site.
Access on HubSpot CMS
The Website settings permission in HubSpot and content hosted on HubSpot (website pages, landing pages).

The install line

One line, pasted once.

On HubSpot CMS it goes in Settings → Content → Pages → Site Footer HTML. It loads the chat widget after your content and nothing else.

<script src="https://www.paramountexposure.com/r.js" data-site="YOUR-SITE-KEY" async></script>
Replace YOUR-SITE-KEY with your key, or copy the line from your setup form, which already has it.

The clicks on HubSpot CMS

Settings → Content → Pages → Site Footer HTML.

Labels as HubSpot CMS writes them, read from HubSpot: Use code snippets with HubSpot content. If a menu has been renamed since, that article shows the current name.

  1. 01

    Get your site key

Buy the AI Lead Responder ($497 once). The setup email carries a link to a three-minute form; it hands back the install line with your site key in it.

  2. 02

    Open the page settings

Click the settings icon in the top bar. In the left sidebar go to Content → Pages.

  3. 03

    Choose the domain

Use the Choose a domain to edit its settings dropdown and pick your domain, or Default settings for all domains to cover every HubSpot-hosted domain at once.

  4. 04

    Paste into Site Footer HTML

In the Site Footer HTML section click Override default settings if you picked one domain, paste the install line, and click Save at the bottom left.

  5. 05

    Check a page

Open any website page on that domain in a new tab. The Message us button sits bottom-right.

Someone else runs your site?

Send these steps to your web person.

A short note with the line, where it goes on HubSpot CMS, the steps and a link back to this page. The email button opens it in your own mail app, addressed to nobody until you fill in the name; the copy button gives you the longer version with every step written out, for a ticket or a message.

Email these steps

What happens after

It answers in under 60 seconds and sends people to your booking link. It never books.

From the moment the line is live, every inquiry typed into the Message us panel is answered in your voice, from the brief you wrote, around the clock. The responder qualifies the person with at most two of your questions per reply and sends them to your booking link; they pick the slot on your own calendar tool. Each conversation is emailed to you and listed in your dashboard, where you can change what it knows or pause it in one click. Your phone lines stay exactly as they are.

Prefer us to do the install? Reply to the setup email and we do it within 48 hours; the manual install is included.

Questions

HubSpot CMS, answered.

Does the site footer reach blog posts and knowledge base articles?

HubSpot's footer HTML field is not available for blog posts or knowledge base articles. For those, open the post or article, go to Settings → Advanced, and paste the line into the footer field of Additional code snippets, then Update.

Several domains?

Choose Default settings for all domains to run the responder on all of them, or pick one domain and click Override default settings to run it there only.

Which permission do I need?

Website settings, for the domain-wide footer. A single page needs Edit and Publish on that page.

Where does the site key come from?

From the setup form. After the $497 checkout, the setup email carries one link; the form behind it asks five questions in your own words and hands back the install line with your key already in it. The key identifies your site and works on the domain you gave in the form, including its subdomains.

Does it book the appointment?

No. It qualifies the person, answers from the brief you wrote and sends them to your booking link. They pick the slot on your own calendar tool. The responder never books for you, and it never gives legal, medical or financial advice.

Will the line slow my site down?

No. The script is about 12 KB, loads with the async attribute after your own content, and nothing on your page waits for it. Visitors see a small Message us button bottom-right; the chat panel opens only when they click it.

How do I know it is working?

Open any page of your site after publishing and look for the Message us button bottom-right. Send yourself a test inquiry. The reply arrives in under 60 seconds, and a copy of the conversation lands in your notification inbox and in your dashboard.

How do I take it down or pause it?

Remove the line and it is gone. To pause without touching your site, open the dashboard and click pause; the button disappears and comes back when you resume.

What does it cost?

$497 once. No retainer, no subscription; up to 500 conversations a month is included. If the responder is not live within the published window it is refunded in full on request, per the terms, and the $497 credits toward any larger Paramount install within 30 days.
