- Issued by the setup form after checkout. It is the only thing in the install line that is yours; everything else is the same for every site.
- Access on Google Tag Manager
- A Google Tag Manager container already installed on every page of the site, and Publish permission on it.

A visitor whose ad blocker blocks Tag Manager gets nothing Tag Manager loads, and the responder is no exception. If your platform has its own code box, that route reaches every visitor; this one is for sites that have no such box, or whose vendor will not open it.
The install line
One line, pasted once.
On Google Tag Manager it goes in Tags → New → Custom HTML, trigger All Pages. It loads the chat widget after your content and nothing else.

Get your site key

Open the container
At tagmanager.google.com open the container whose snippet is on your site. Click Tags in the left menu, then New.

Choose Custom HTML
Name the tag Paramount responder. Click Tag Configuration and choose Custom HTML.

Paste the line
Paste the install line into the HTML box. Leave Support document.write unticked; the line does not need it.

Trigger on All Pages
Click Triggering and choose All Pages. Click Save.

Submit and publish
Click Submit at the top right, name the version, and click Publish. Open your site in a new tab; the Message us button sits bottom-right on every page the container loads on.

Why Tag Manager instead of my platform's code box?
Because it works on any platform, including the proprietary builders some law-firm and medical-practice site vendors use, as long as the container is on every page. If your platform is in the list on this site, its own code box is the simpler route and is not affected by ad blockers.
Can I check it before publishing?
Yes. Click Preview instead of Submit, open your site through the Tag Assistant window, and the tag is listed as fired on the page view; the Message us button appears on the connected page. Publish when it does.
I can save the tag but not publish it.
Publishing needs the Publish permission on the container. With Edit only, Submit creates a version that someone with Publish then releases; ask them, or send them these steps from the button above.
Where does the site key come from?
From the setup form. After the $497 checkout, the setup email carries one link; the form behind it asks five questions in your own words and hands back the install line with your key already in it. The key identifies your site and works on the domain you gave in the form, including its subdomains.
Does it book the appointment?
No. It qualifies the person, answers from the brief you wrote and sends them to your booking link. They pick the slot on your own calendar tool. The responder never books for you, and it never gives legal, medical or financial advice.
Will the line slow my site down?
No. The script is about 12 KB, loads with the async attribute after your own content, and nothing on your page waits for it. Visitors see a small Message us button bottom-right; the chat panel opens only when they click it.
How do I know it is working?
Open any page of your site after publishing and look for the Message us button bottom-right. Send yourself a test inquiry. The reply arrives in under 60 seconds, and a copy of the conversation lands in your notification inbox and in your dashboard.
How do I take it down or pause it?
Remove the line and it is gone. To pause without touching your site, open the dashboard and click pause; the button disappears and comes back when you resume.
What does it cost?
