Where med spas leak in Upper East Side
Two leaks, one market.
Industry leak
The 9 PM Instagram DM asking about tox pricing goes unanswered until the next day. By then, the competitor with automated text-back has already booked the consult.A large share of cosmetic inquiries arrive outside business hours.
Local leak
On the Upper East Side, the inquiry arriving outside business hours is the rule, not the exception. The doorman recommendation, the building newsletter, the dinner-table intro, these all surface as inquiries at odd times, and most service brands have no one watching the inbox at 11pm on a weekend. The leak is not in lead generation. It is in catching the lead that has already been generated.
A med spa in Upper East Side, NYC loses on both counts: the slow-response leak the whole industry has, and the Upper East Side market's expectation of a certain tone. We install one system that closes both.
